AGC Auto Glass and Car Care is seeking a Direct Marketing Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level, customer-facing position with training provided.

The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable speaking with customers, and willing to learn. Previous marketing or automotive experience is not required.

Compensation:

$36,800 – $52,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Represent AGC Auto Glass and Car Care professionally when interacting with customers

• Conduct direct marketing and customer outreach activities

• Communicate with customers about company services

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Build positive relationships with customers

• Assist with customer intake and service-related questions

• Inspect vehicles and windshields as part of the service process

• Learn basic automotive glass repair and replacement procedures

• Assist with administrative tasks such as digital invoicing

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

• Work collaboratively with other team members

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional and positive attitude

• Reliable and dependable

• Self-motivated and willing to learn

• Comfortable interacting with customers

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Able to successfully pass the background check required for access to the military installation

Experience

• No previous marketing or automotive experience is required. Training is provided

• Customer service, sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or other public-facing experience is helpful but not required

Work Environment

• This is a hands-on, customer-facing position rather than a traditional office position . The role may involve working outdoors, standing for extended periods, interacting with customers, and assisting with automotive glass services
