Industrial Development Manager: Lead Ground-Up Projects

Prologis in Seattle, WA seeks a Development Manager to lead land and building developments, entitlements, design and construction for the Seattle, Portland and Denver markets. This role coordinates across development, deployment and leasing teams and reports to the VP – Development Officer. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil/architecture/construction management and a strong track record in industrial development, budgeting and scheduling.
