Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills with staff and families. A positive, team-first attitude and a calm, solution-oriented approach. Willingness to learn and maintain child care licensing/compliance requirements. WHAT YOU’LL DO (YOUR IMPACT): As Assistant Director, you’ll help ensure smooth, high-quality daily operations by: Supporting center operations: staffing, scheduling, enrollment support, and family communication. Partnering with parents to strengthen trust and ensure great outcomes for children. Coaching and supporting teachers with Creative Curriculum guidelines and monthly themes. Being present in classrooms to support learning, guidance, and development. Helping with staff training, feedback, and performance support.
