Alpharetta, GA | Full-Time | Outpatient Primary Care A well-established, physician-owned primary care group is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for its Alpharetta office. This is a quality-over-quantity practice with longer appointment slots, manageable daily volume, and a strong focus on continuity of care. The Role Build and manage your own primary care panel with a full scope of preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits. New physicians ramp into their panel over time. A full panel averages 18 to 20 patients per day. Schedule Monday through Friday, four and a half days of clinic plus an optional half day of admin time 7:45 a.m. huddle, lunch from 12 to 1, last patient at 4 p.m., typically out by 5 30-minute slots for physicals and new patients, 20-minute slots for follow-ups Four-day schedules considered full-time and open to discussion Light call on a three-week rotation shared across a large provider group, which averages about once per year What We Offer Competitive base salary with an RVU productivity bonus Multi-year contract with a fixed base Onsite lead physician for collaboration and clinical support Collaborative team environment with APPs carrying their own panels Growing practice with multiple locations across NorthAtlanta Qualifications MD or DO with completed Family Medicine residency Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine Active Georgia medical license or eligibility, plus DEA New graduates welcome Preferred Experience building an outpatient panel Interest in root cause workups and broader diagnostic labs than standard primary care Who Thrives Here Physicians who want to treat the whole patient, take the extra few minutes, and know your panel by name.
