Maudine's - Lead Barista Full Time | The Junto, Columbus, OH, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.00 Annually The Junto is a modern‑day embodiment of Ben Franklin and his club of the same name. We are looking for a passionate coffee expert who takes pride in crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding service. The Lead Barista will prepare high‑quality drinks, guide guests through our menu offerings, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, deep knowledge of coffee, and a solid understanding of brewing equipment and café operations. Requested Tasks Assist with inventory management, including ordering and ensuring the store remains fully stocked at all times Maintain Drug Store Coffee standards and ensure the team takes ownership of a clean, organized, and guest‑ready space Manage employee discounts and collect runner tip‑outs as needed in accordance with company policies Assign cleaning and side‑work tasks during slower periods to maintain operational efficiency Restock the grab‑and‑go refrigerator with required beverages and food items.
