Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California – a 120‑bed acute‑care facility featuring pediatric emergency services, OB/ED, NICU, and a child‑friendly childbirth center. Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor Sign‑on bonus: $3,000. Responsibilities Provide excellence in patient care, collaborating with the team to meet patient and family needs. Assess, treat, and care for patients on assigned unit(s). Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies. Define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to improve patient outcomes. Charge nurse and supervisory expertise preferred. Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program. BSN preferred. Required Licensure/Certifications Registered Nurse with current California RN license. BLS (AHA) Certification ACLS (AHA) Certification PALS (AHA) Certification NIH Stroke Certification CEN/CCRN encouraged.
