Nurse Practitioner – Richmond Hill, GA Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients. Responsibilities Deliver primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems. Offer health counseling and disposition planning for patients. Perform administrative duties: open/close clinic, manage inventory, patient follow‑up, collect payments. Handle patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare, including health screenings and chronic condition management. Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to improve patient outcomes. Schedule Average 32 hours weekly; every other weekend with possible holiday rotations. Onsite as needed. Education & Licenses Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
