14644 – Operational Readiness Coordinator (onsite) – Miami,FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Miami,FL (required); Experience with system implementations; Experience with PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations); Experience with Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis); Experience with JIRA (task and defect management); Experience with Concise presentations; Experience with Entry/exit ORT criteria; Bachelors degree; Responsibilities Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams; Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables; Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making; Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones; Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria; Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies; Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress; Why apply?
