Retail Education and Sales Executive

The client is seeking a Retail and Education Executive responsible for achieving business results and ensuring superior customer service across retail stores in a specific region. This role focuses on growing and maximizing retail sales while maintaining brand image by adhering to merchandising guidelines and display standards. The executive will plan and execute effective promotions, incorporate global shopper strategies into day-to-day retail activities, and drive consistent communication and reporting. Key responsibilities include meeting or exceeding store sales targets, regularly updating sales progress, setting and following up on monthly sales goals, reviewing stock levels and product orders, and using available reports to manage performance. The role also involves measuring and evaluating the sales impact of global shopper activities and identifying opportunities to target frequent customer nationalities. In addition, the executive will monitor competitive activity and support efforts to increase business and traffic within the local environment and area/airport context, coordinating with brand and marketing stakeholders as needed. The ideal candidate may be either a junior professional with strong potential for progression toward an area-management level role in the coming years, or a senior professional with solid field and store management experience. The position is expected to involve extensive travel (around 75% of the time). The executive will recruit, develop, motivate, evaluate, coach, and train in-store staff (including counter managers and comparable roles), oversee performance expectations and regular reviews, verify adherence to selling and service standards, and use management tools such as mystery shopping to improve outcomes. Strong communication skills in English are required, with Mandarin as a strong plus; retail and customer orientation with leadership and marketing sensibility are also expected. Confidential
