Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Fort Worth, Texas, United States
Job Summary:
At Homecare Heroes of Texas LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional home care services that cater to the unique needs of our patients. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility
Monitor and report patient condition to nurse supervisors and other healthcare professionals as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
Promote a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required; nursing education preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
