What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted workforce consultant to businesses throughout the Roanoke and New River Valley areas by:

• Developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Building relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR professionals, and key decision-makers.
• Identifying workforce challenges, recommending customized staffing, and recruiting solutions.
• Presenting and selling Express Employment Professionals' services, including temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
• Negotiating service agreements and pricing with clients.
• Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.
• Managing and growing a designated sales territory to achieve revenue goals.
• Representing Express Employment Professionals at local networking events, business organizations, and community functions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of successful B2B sales experience preferred.
• Staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce solutions experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Persuasive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated with a record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable working independently and managing sales territories.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
