Claims Manager(VP Level)

Claims Manager(VP Level) 110k-150k/bonus (Remote with some in office). Northern New JerseyNational Program Carrier is seeking a Claims Manager supervising a team of 5 and working closely with internal departments including program management, underwriting, actuarial, finance and reinsurance.Main responsibility is managing claims oversight including reporting and governance. Create and implement claims best practices. Review reservation of rights, denials, large losses, and payment of claims.Monitor cash flow for escrow accounts. Analyze monthly data feeds to identify trends and monitor contractual metrics. lead preliminary review and Due Diligence of TPAs. Coordinate TPA claims review meetings with TPA, Program Management, and Program Partners. Works on various claims related projects. To qualify, candidates must have college degree and minimum 5+ years of claims experience including claims management. Strong claims reporting, technical and analytical skills. Prior claims experience involving TPAs and delegating claims authority. Experience with various claims management systems. Ability to work in a complex and dynamic growing environment,. Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills and ability to manage oversight of multiple programs. Commercial and/or Professional Lines claims background preferred. 110k-150k base, bonus, benefits, some office but primarily remote work in New Jersey.
