INDUSTRIAL PAINTER/PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

$13.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare plastic parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primer.
• Mix and apply industrial paint and coatings using spray equipment.
• Inspect painted parts to ensure quality, color accuracy, and proper finish.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean.
• Float between production departments to assist where needed.
• Support production tasks such as molding, trimming, assembly, packaging, or material handling.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Ability to use spray painting equipment and basic hand tools.
• Ability to identify paint defects and maintain quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in multiple production areas as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
