• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual mental health needs and goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care frameworks.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care for clients, ensuring comprehensive support across various services.

• Deliver crisis intervention, utilizing your clinical skills and compassion to address acute distress and emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach activities, workshops, and educational programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma around seeking help.

The successful candidate will serve a diverse clientele composed of individuals and families grappling with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence and the ability to engage sensitively with individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring that documentation and reporting meet clinic protocols and regulatory standards.

Although we welcome applicants with diverse experiences, preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in community mental health settings, particularly in providing therapy to underserved populations. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital counseling tools is also advantageous, ensuring the ability to adapt to remote care dynamics seamlessly.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
