About the Position
Position Description
A healthcare facility in Jay, Oklahoma is seeking a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens assignment. The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services to both adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Requirements
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Practice
- Active Oklahoma Medical License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Ability to provide care for adult and pediatric patients
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
- Cerner experience preferred but not required
- Case logs required during orientation
- Five professional references required (three obtained during onboarding)
- DD214 required for military providers
