About the Position

Position Description

A healthcare facility in Jay, Oklahoma is seeking a Board-Certified Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens assignment. The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care services to both adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Requirements

Board Certified in Family Practice
Active Oklahoma Medical License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Ability to provide care for adult and pediatric patients
Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
Cerner experience preferred but not required
Case logs required during orientation
Five professional references required (three obtained during onboarding)
DD214 required for military providers
