Mission: Manages the pricing and logistics of international relocations to ensure service quality, compliance, and profitability. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, internal systems What You'll Actually Do Manage: Coordinate international relocations, ensuring accurate pricing, effective vendor management, and compliance with all regulations and policies. Liaise: Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, warehouse staff, U.S. agents, and overseas service providers to facilitate smooth shipment handling. Oversee: Handle all aspects of air and ocean freight bookings, manage consolidations, and ensure proper completion of all related documentation. Audit: Review carrier invoices, track and manage file costs, and issue payment instructions to support the company’s financial objectives. Communicate: Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Team to provide timely shipment status updates and customs requirements, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Must-Haves Background: A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in international logistics or a related field. Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office.
