What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Job)

You aren't just putting out fires—you are the operational center of the store. As Store Manager, you will:

1. Lead as a Coach: Hire, train, and mentor a high-energy crew. You view management as developing people, creating a positive shift culture where crew members actually want to show up.

1. Master the Rush: Own speed-of-service and product quality during morning and weekend peaks. You set the rhythm and lead from the front when line times build up.

1. Manage Prime Costs: Keep labor and food costs on target without sacrificing quality or understaffing your crew.

1. Drive Store Standards: Ensure food safety standards, cleanliness, and store presentation stay top-tier.

Who You Are

• 1+ years of management experience in a fast-casual, QSR, bakery, or high-volume food service environment (Assistant Managers ready for their next step are encouraged to apply!).

• A Natural Problem-Solver: You stay calm when 3 line cooks call out or the espresso machine glitches during a morning rush.

• A People-First Leader: You believe in clear feedback, empathy, and building a team that stays rather than constantly churning through crew members.

• Data & Metric Conscious: You know how to read a basic P&L, set labor schedules to sales trends, and manage inventory.
