Responsibilities and Impact: Drive new business development and expansion across assigned territory or vertical Build and manage a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account planning Conduct consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders (strategy, risk, supply chain, finance, treasury, procurement) Articulate the value of economic forecasting, country risk analysis, and supply chain intelligence in solving complex client challenges Lead solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM discipline Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Consulting, and Customer Success teams Stay current on global macroeconomic, geopolitical, and trade developments impacting clients Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,773 to $109,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We Are Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: 6+ years of B2B sales experience (data, SaaS, analytics, research, consulting, or information services preferred) Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Strong communication and executive presentation skills Highly organized with disciplined pipeline and forecasting management Bachelor’s degree required Preferred: Exposure to economics, country risk, supply chain, financial markets, or geopolitical analysis Experience selling subscription-based solutions and/or advisory services Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets Building long-term, strategic client relationships Expanding multi-product penetration across risk, economics, and supply chain solutions Becoming a trusted advisor to clients navigating global uncertainty Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
