Client Care Manager

Overview We are hiring a Client Experience Manager to lead this important area in our Tucson office at Tanque Verde/Sabino Canyon. Right at Home of Southern Arizona was founded in 2013 and operates office locations in Tucson, Green Valley, Sierra Vista, and Henderson, NV. Our purpose is to improve quality of life by helping veterans and older adults navigate the aging journey and do the things they love. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year Full benefits, including 401(k), profit sharing, paid time‑off (4 weeks), paid holidays, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Company car for business purposes Performance bonuses Responsibilities Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring extraordinary experiences and delivery of care Onboard new clients and increase service hours for assigned clients Assess client needs, develop custom care plans, and visit regularly to ensure success Ensure proper client and caregiver matching and scheduling Coordinate client care with other providers and community partners Hire, onboard, train, supervise, and support a team of professional caregivers Hit weekly performance numbers, including maintaining a 1.5 caregiver to 1 client ratio, no unstaffed client visits, achieving a 9.5/10 overall satisfaction rating from both clients and caregivers, and keeping unbilled overtime below 1% Qualifications Earned bachelor’s degree Willingness to work 45-50 hours per week, including some after‑hours and weekend work Experience working with aging adults and leading a team of professional caregivers Strong values of team first, level 5 leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement Work Schedule General work hours include some after‑hours and weekend work Sharing responsibility for on‑call support (nights, weekends, holidays) on a rotational basis with other team members Measured and rewarded based on results, not effort Leadership & EOS Principles Clear direction and necessary tools Delegation and focus on the greater good Open communication and effective meetings Quarterly one‑on‑one meetings and regular feedback Rewards and recognition for performance Let’s start talking about living.
