CMC Electric, LLC is on the hunt for a CSR (Customer Service Representative to join our call center office and provide exceptional customer care for our Clayton, NC customers. ABOUT CMC ELECTRIC, LLC
We have served the electrical needs of residents and businesses in the Triangle area and beyond since 2005. We tackle everything from minor fixes to major renovations and installations. Other electricians may seek to profit by cutting corners or recommending unnecessary services to customers. We won't! We believe that consistent, trustworthy service will continue to build a great reputation and customer goodwill in the long run. We believe in the Golden Rule, to do unto others as we would have done to ourselves. If doing the right thing results in a financial loss, we still do what's right.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR (CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE)
As a CSR (Customer Service Representative), you ensure that our clients are heard, and their issues are solved. Using your in-depth knowledge of our services, you easily match our services to each client's unique needs. Because of your positive personality and friendly demeanor, you effortlessly build trust and develop strong relationships with our clients. Thanks to your rockstar interpersonal skills, you turn a simple phone call into an enjoyable interaction! Your customer-service skills can't be beat!

- Experience providing stellar customer service
- Relevant phone experience
- Competent computer skills
- Genuinely enjoy working with people
