Customer Service Representative Location: Downtown Chicago Schedule: MondayFriday, Onsite Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire Compensation: $25$30/hour LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing company in downtown Chicago. This role is ideal for candidates with CPG industry experience and hands-on ERP system experience. The position is responsible for supporting key customer accounts, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer needs Provide regular updates and maintain strong customer relationships Track and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure resolution Requirements: 3+ years of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience Experience within the CPG, grocery, food manufacturing, or retail industry Experience working in an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work onsite in downtown Chicago, Monday through Friday Apply today to be considered for this temporary-to-hire opportunity.
