Location: Downtown Chicago

Schedule: MondayFriday, Onsite

Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Compensation: $25$30/hour

LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing company in downtown Chicago. This role is ideal for candidates with CPG industry experience and hands-on ERP system experience. The position is responsible for supporting key customer accounts, handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer needs
• Provide regular updates and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track and follow up on outstanding requests to ensure resolution

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service, account management, or client-facing experience
• Experience within the CPG, grocery, food manufacturing, or retail industry
• Experience working in an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work onsite in downtown Chicago, Monday through Friday
