Good visual acuity, including color vision and depth perception. Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork. Finishing Technician Job Duties: Perform hand assembly and finishing of manufactured parts. Sand, polish, paint, and prepare surfaces to quality specifications. Apply corrosion control and surface finishing techniques. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Perform repetitive production tasks while meeting productivity standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
