Responsibilities Provide mental health care to adult, child and adolescent populations in the Millsboro area. Work in an outpatient setting with a flexible, hybrid schedule that includes telemedicine and in‑person sessions. Maintain professionalism and commitment to clinical excellence while engaging patients in evidence-based treatments. Collaborate with a collegial team and receive full administrative support. Adhere to the practice’s policies and procedures for quality and safety. Qualifications Pre‑licensed therapist, eligible for licensure in the state. Experience with adult, child and/or adolescent populations. Required supervision and/or client contact hours. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
