Location: Goodlettsville, TN 900 Conference Dr, Goodlettsville, TN 37072, United States of America Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour Job Description We are seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members while calculating rates and monthly payment amounts. Assist the Club Manager in counting the drawer as needed. Facilitate needed updates to member accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate matters to the Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, completing daily assigned tasks within the first hour of your shift, helping to complete the priority cleaning list each day, performing walk‑around and bathroom checks periodically, and assisting with any special cleaning projects as needed. Perform other duties and responsibilities based on club needs. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Customer service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding member expectations. Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and problem solve. Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shift. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
