Ensure patient safety and comfort; verify patient identity and screen for contraindications; explain procedures as needed. Position patients and select imaging sequences and coils to optimize image quality; monitor for motion and artifacts; adjust parameters as necessary. Acquire images per protocol; ensure accurate labeling, processing, and transfer of images to the radiology information system. Maintain documentation in the electronic medical record and participate in charting as required. Participate in process improvement activities within radiology practice, focusing on quality of care, patient flow, reject/repeat analysis, and patient satisfaction. Requirements Ability to perform MRI exams under supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced radiology environment with adherence to MRI safety protocols. Proficiency with charting in electronic medical records; Cerner experience preferred. Availability to work the stated shift schedule (4:00 PM start; five 8-hour shifts per week). Willingness to complete onboarding requirements and comply with facility policies.
