Senior Project Manager (Commercial) – Goodyear, AZ Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager on behalf of a respected electrical contractor delivering complex commercial construction projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of large commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor coordination. Maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project success. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications. Mentor and develop future project leaders within the organization. Qualifications 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience. Experience managing large commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk mitigation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining client satisfaction.
