Job Description

Provide comprehensive project management support, including:

• Preparing and managing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
• Participating in construction and coordination meetings.
• Supporting quality control efforts throughout the project.
• Communicating and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams.
• Handling additional responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager or leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of hands-on construction experience, ideally in project management or a comparable role.
• Strong negotiation abilities with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, and working knowledge of Procore.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, documentation, change management, and project sequencing.
• Familiarity with industry safety practices and regulatory requirements.
