Overview
Electroform is growing and seeking a hands-on leader for the role of CNC Mill Manager/Trainer to oversee and optimize our Mold Base/Pre Heat-Treat machining operations while driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. We're looking for someone who will recommend and implement new tooling and machinery that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality, while helping advance our manufacturing capabilities through multi-axis machining, automation, and innovative process improvements. Responsibilities

· Lead daily CNC milling operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals

· Supervise, train, mentor, and develop CNC machinists and operators

· Oversee machine setup and operation of 3-axis CNC mills

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce scrap, and minimize downtime

· Ensure all parts meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards

· Collaborate with engineering, programming, quality, and production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges

· Monitor tooling, equipment maintenance, and shop organization

· Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment

Qualifications

· Leadership experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing

· Strong knowledge of 3-axis CNC milling, tooling, fixturing, and machining processes

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

· Experience troubleshooting machining processes and improving workflow

· Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

· Commitment to quality, safety, and team development
