Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a day shift, 3x12-hour position (07:00 - 19:30). The successful candidate will work at multiple locations as needed, providing high-quality patient care across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a critical care setting
• Responsibility for a patient ratio of 2:1
• May require floating across five hospitals to similar or lower acuity units
• Participate in the healthcare team's approach to patient management
• Work a total of four weekend shifts within a four-week cycle
• Contribute to a collaborative environment with interdisciplinary support

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in patient management systems including Epic
• Familiarity with clinical treatments and procedures related to critical care
• Experience in managing various critical care equipment and patient care technologies
• Adequate experience working in Intensive Care Units (ICU) and similar environments
• Capacity to handle emergency situations effectively

Work Schedule

The position requires commitment to the following:

• Day shift: 07:00 - 19:30
• Four weekend shifts within a four-week cycle
• At least one holiday shift, including a holiday weekend

Location

Facility locations include several hospitals in the vicinity of City, State .
