Your Role:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated resident care
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Director of Nursing
- Promote restorative care and resident independence
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Support and mentor nursing staff to create a positive, resident-centered environment
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being
Who We're Looking For:
- Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care
- Motivated to grow professionally in a supportive healthcare environment
