About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Customer Strategy to lead the development and implementation of customer-centric initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the customer strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals. This role involves leading a team to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences, and using this knowledge to drive the design of products and services.
