What You'll Do Lead the Service Department Direct and oversee the daily operations of a busy automotive service department Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability Develop and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff Foster a positive, high-performing, and team-oriented culture Deliver Results Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics Improve technician productivity and shop efficiency Maintain strong gross profit and expense controls Oversee warranty administration, rental operations, and special programs Develop service marketing and pricing strategies to grow the business Create Exceptional Customer Experiences Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer partners Ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards Develop Your Team Recruit, train, coach, and recognize employees Implement technician and employee development programs Conduct regular performance reviews and support career growth Create an environment where employees can succeed and thrive Requirements Minimum of 5 years of automotive management experience Strong leadership and team development skills Deep understanding of automotive service operations Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning Ability to analyze financial statements and performance metrics Experience with CDK, PBS, ADP, or similar dealership management systems Exceptional communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Sames Motor Company Inc
