What We're Looking For: Driven and competitive Confident and comfortable on the phone Coachable and willing to learn Goal-oriented and motivated by earning potential Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Previous sales, customer service, call center, or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required NMLS licensing is not required to start.
