We're proud to provide comprehensive senior care, including 24/7 skilled nursing care, memory care, respite care, hospice care, rehabilitation and many more.About the RoleAs an RN in our skilled nursing facility, you'll be a cornerstone of our clinical team, providing hands-on care, critical assessments, and clinical leadership. You'll collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure every resident receives the dignity and support they deserve.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plansAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedAssess and monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changesCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary teamSupervise and support CNAs and LPNs as neededDocument accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)Follow all policies and procedures of the facilityServes as charge nurses when assignedParticipates as required in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.Attends all required educational activities and meetings.
