Sr Product Compliance Analyst (Fully Remote)

What You'll Do: Design and enhance the Product Compliance program, including policies, procedures, and AI-enabled tools. Serve as a senior escalation point for complex compliance inquiries and regulatory appeals. Conduct compliance monitoring, testing, investigations, and corrective action planning. What You Need: Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or finance, preferably in healthcare or financial services. Deep expertise in employee benefits compliance frameworks like COBRA, FSA, HRA, and HSA. Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence outcomes and coach others.
