Apply today and help us build strong beginnings, one new hire at a time.What You'll DoAs a Resident Assistant, you'll provide hands‑on, resident‑centered care that supports dignity, independence, and quality of life. Your day may include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityProviding compassionate personal care while respecting each resident's privacy and preferencesResponding promptly to call lights and resident safety devicesMonitoring residents' well‑being and communicating changes to the care teamSupporting residents with meals, hydration, and nutritionEncouraging participation in activities and meaningful daily engagementAccurately documenting care provided and observations before the end of your shiftFollowing all safety, infection control, and resident rights standardsThis role includes hands‑on care and physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, walking, assisting with transfers, and responding to resident needs.
