This individual will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects with the entire production team and will be engaged with daily activities as well as long term projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop process flow charts Conduct time studies Write detailed work instructions Select assembly tools & equipment Develop plant/cell layouts Knowledge And Skills Degree candidate in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Desired Specialized Skills And Knowledge Vehicle and system troubleshooting experience Knowledge of wide variety of processes such as Assembly, Fabrication and Machining Experience using 3D CAD programs such as Solidworks or Creo ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Be a team player Have great attention to detail Have strong verbal and written communication skills Be reliable (with reliable mode of transportation) Have strong work ethic and pride in their workmanship Pay Range $18.00 - $37.00 Oshkosh is committed to working with and offering reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities.
