We currently service multiple nursing homes, apartment buildings, restaurants, manufacturing, hospitals & institutions. Tankless water heaters & combo units. Circulating pumps. Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to: Hot water & steam heating boilers. Forced air & air conditioning units. Heat pumps. Chilling towers. 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC. Strong knowledge of electrical systems. CFC Certified. Ability to read commercial wiring schematics. Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools. Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces. Use of ladders for roof access. Qualifications 5 years’ experience in Boiler Repair Strong knowledge of electrical systems. CFC Certified. Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
