Job Description

• Serve as the lead Superintendent on groundup commercial projects in Charlotte
• Oversee tiltwall and MOB projects from sitework through completion
• Manage all daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Uphold project schedule, safety protocols, and field documentation
• Collaborate closely with the General Superintendent and project team
• Represent the company professionally with clients, subcontractors, and field staff

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• 10+ years as a groundup Superintendent
• Strong experience with tiltwall and/or medical office buildings
• Ability to manage all field activities with minimal oversight
• Proven track record of ontime, highquality project delivery
• Strong communication and leadership skills
