Technical Business Process Analyst

Our client, an organization dedicated to advancing educational and technological initiatives, is seeking a Technical Business Process Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Process Analyst, you will be part of the Service Delivery department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Business Process Analyst Location: Sacramento, California Pay Range: $47 What's the Job? Document and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Elicit and analyze business requirements to support IT project delivery. Develop system design documents, including as‑is and to‑be workflows using Microsoft Excel and Visio. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and support user acceptance testing activities. Create training materials, user guides, and assist in end‑user training sessions. What's Needed? Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects. At least three (3) years of experience with ERP and/or SIS IT projects, including process mapping and workflows. Proficiency in developing business cases, system architecture diagrams, and project charters. Experience facilitating requirements elicitation and supporting system testing. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including PMP, Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project. What's in it for me?
