Staff Management is hiring a Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Hopkinsville, KY.

We are looking for a quality-focused professional to help support manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, identify process improvements, and ensure products

meet customer and company requirements.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Duties:

• Proven leadership ability

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 5+ years of equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of working with customer drawings

• Good oral & written communication skills

• Proficient computer skills

• Decision-making skills

• Experience working in the automotive industry

• Experience with ISO9001\QS9000\TS16949

• Good customer relations

• Experience w/ calibration requirements

• Experience with product testing

• Root cause analysis skills

• Experience with capability studies

• Experience with Control Plans & PPAP's

• Problem-solving skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $36.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
