Property and Casualty Customer Care Specialist

Managing the day-to-day operations of personal lines insurance, the full-time Property and Casualty Customer Care Specialist will handle 30-50 calls per day, focusing on inbound sales and educating clients about policy coverages while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Inform and educate customers about policy coverages, changes, and insurance needs Provide exceptional customer service by managing inquiries and requests from various communication channels Maintain knowledge of personal lines products and market conditions to effectively assist clients Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 to 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines, specifically Auto and Home products Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Ability to work from home with a minimum internet speed requirement Proficiency in using Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office applications Virtual Vocations Inc
