Travel ICU RN We are looking for a Travel ICU RN for a travel nursing job in Sun City, AZ. This ICU position pays $2211 per week for 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, on a 12‑hour night shift. Specialty: ICU RN Location: Sun City, AZ Salary: $2211 per week Start Date: July 20, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, Night Responsibilities As an ICU Travel Nurse, you will evaluate and monitor patients in an Intensive Care Unit setting. You will provide direct care to patients in life‑threatening situations, document and perform physician‑directed care, assess and implement patient care plans, and delegate responsibilities to other care providers as appropriate. You will also provide education and support to patient families, possibly for long‑term care needs. Provide basic bedside care. Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions. Order and evaluate diagnostic tests. Take samples for lab work, order corresponding lab work, and interpret reports. Monitor and adjust specialized equipment, and interpret and record electronic displays. Ensure proper placement and functioning of catheters, leads, and tubing. Communicate patient conditions to family members. Physical Requirements ICU Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty, and lift up to 50 pounds. RNs may face hazards from exposure to chemicals or infectious diseases and may treat patients who are confused, agitated, or uncooperative.
