They are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment. Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift 50lbs individually, and up to 100lbs as a team, throughout the shift.
