What You'll Do

• Provide routine and complex nursing care in a medical/surgical setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocols, monitoring effectiveness and side-effects
• Conduct assessments, document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Collaborate with care teams, make appropriate assignments, and delegate tasks as needed
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions and care plans
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and facility protocols

What You Need
Required:

• RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
