CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract opportunity in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The CNA will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, support nursing staff, and help ensure residents receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift Time: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• 12.5-Hour Day Shift

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $18.09 - $21.10 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or hospital settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
• Obtain and document vital signs as directed
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
• Support nursing staff with routine patient care activities
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment
• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $18.09 - $21.10 per hour
