IT Field Services TechnicianRequired Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of IT support, field services, or desktop support experience (open to junior candidates with strong technical aptitude and reliability) -Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred -Experience working within a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, EZVISTA, or similar platforms -Strong troubleshooting experience supporting hardware, software, and end users -Understanding of networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN environments, and how networks connect -Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying PCs, Chrome devices, and other end-user equipment -Hands-on experience with equipment setup, installations, and basic rack-and-stack responsibilities -Experience supporting multifunction devices such as Xerox, Canon, printer, copier, and fax systems -Vendor management and coordination experience -Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on field-based work -Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel between locations as needed -Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting routers, switches, or network provisioning activities -Previous field services experience -Telecom support experience -Experience managing multiple site locationsJob Description: A healthcare client of ours is seeking an IT Field Services Technician to join their growing team! This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure, including networking, telecom, software imaging, hardware systems, and end-user devices. The technician will work both in the office and at various field locations to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computerized information systems while providing excellent support to end users.This role is approximately 80% onsite in the office and 20% in the field, requiring travel to multiple locations. Candidates must be highly reliable, comfortable working independently, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
