PCA- Personal Care Assistant

Greystone Farm at Salem is looking for compassionate PCA/HHA/CNA/LNA and experienced caregivers to join our team! As a certified nursing assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time, part time, and per diem opportunities available.

Schedules:

• Days: 6a-2p or 7a-3p
• Evenings: 2p-10p or 3p-11p
• Nights: 10p-6a or 11p-7a

Salary: $17.50-$20/HR

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license preferred or caregiving experience
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
