If you live for those "aha!" moments, you thrive in team settings, and you hold yourself to a high standard of work and ethics – we have a feeling you'll like it here.Your ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager and Estimator with project documentation and administrative tasksSupport the preparation and management of submittals, work plans, RFIs, and quantity take-offsSolicit quotes and coordinate with vendors and subcontractorsTrack quantities, materials, and labor in coordination with field staffPrepare and organize foreman books, project folders, submittals, and other essential documentationMaintain organized project files, drawings, and plans both digitally and physicallyCommunicate clearly and professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and team membersCollect and compile data from the PM and foreman to support RFIs and project trackingWrite clear, concise, and professional emails, letters, and reportsAccurately prepare documents in a timely manner under project deadlinesDemonstrate professional appearance and conduct at all timesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); willingness to learn additional software such as BlueBeam and HeavyJobYour Benefits & CompensationWhen we say that we love investing in our team, we mean it.
