Analyst, Accounts Receivable (Hybrid)

Job Title The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support financial operations, contract activities, billing, reconciliations, and customer account management. The role will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues. What You Will Do Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP. Prepare contract structure to ensure both bookings and billings can be processed. Interpret and populate pertinent data to allow for shipments to the Warfighter and other customers. Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to solve contract discrepancies. Verify contracts are loaded accurately and efficiently, as well as complying with FAR regulations. Create and submit invoices to our external customers. Maintain complex contract reconciliations, working with internal and external customers when issues arise. Qualifications You Must Have A Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience. Experience with Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions. Experience producing and modifying Microsoft Power Point presentations. 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment. Work Location: This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Tucson, AZ, Farmington, CT, Cedar Rapids, IA. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
